1) Are your prices all Inclusive
Yes all our price quotes are all inclusive. This includes the driver, drivers expenses, fuel, toll gates, air conditioning and entertainment.
2) Car vehicle insurance and fitness
All our cars and buses are fully insured and have regular fitness checks. We are always up to date with all our vehicle licenses, insurances and fitness’s.
3) Do you offer unlimited Mileage
We usually have a daily cap on the mileage that we offer, but we are open to negotiations inorder to ensure the most comfortable experience to all our clients.
4) What is the breakdown response time
We have a 24 hour break down and customer service help line, and we always try to come to your aid at the earliest time possibleif need be.
5) Do you get a refund on your security deposit
Yes, You get a full refund on the security deposit on all car hires once all car checks have been done and seem satisfactory. For all Bus hires the deposit is usually part of the total costs of the bus hire.
6) Do you have toilets on your buses
Yes we do, some of our buses have toilets on board.
